Home Club News Under 13's Win County Cup
After their recent League cup final win Bucks CC Under 13s travelled to Flackwell Heath on Sunday to take on Didcot Town Youth in the Berks and Bucks FA County Cup Final.

The two teams met last year in the semi final with Didcot coming out on top then and going on to win the cup.

From the first minute it was clear that Bucks were determined that the outcome would be different this year.
They were firmly on top in the first 15-20 minutes, creating several chances and having an early goal disallowed.

The boys continued to play well and took a deserved lead when Jamie Jellis, the team captain, slotted past the keeper.

The young Bucks side continued to dominate the first half and added a deserved second goal when Jamie Keen, vice captain, followed in from a Jellis free kick and put the ball in the net. Didcot rarely threatened in the first half and Bucks went in with a deserved half time lead.

The second half started and Didcot posed more of a threat as they tried to get back in to the game, however Bucks continued to look dangerous on the break creating several chances but failing to convert them. Didcot got a goal back with eighteen minutes left but this did not worry the Bucks boys and they continued to create chances.

Luke Desmond scored their third from the spot after a foul on Alfie Touceda and Bucks CC ran out deserved 3-1 winners.

The team will be looking to finish off the season with the Division one league title making it a tremendous treble of trophies for Bucks CC under 13's.
